Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hey guys... i guess i just want a little insight as to whether or not how i ate was good... because no matter what i feel like i ate too much.. i just started running again and i ran yesterday so today i was to tired to run but i did situps and i might play ddr if i can get it to work. anywho today i had a light yogurt and an apple for breakfast. for lunch i had 2 egg whites and lean turkey on wheat bread with lettuce and mustard only. for a snack i had this small chicken mix thing with crackers which i only ate half of so that came out to 150 cals. for dinner im having subway, turkey + wheat and no mayo.. and maybe the baked chips.. maybe... plus 3 or 4 water bottles... what do you guys think?
