Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 201 lb, Goal: 190 lb - cool i lost 5 pounds and i could really lose a lot more if i can just get myself to watch what i am eating cause i don;t at all.... how do yall whatch what you eat ( should i start counting cals if so how many a day ??? ) plz reply .
