Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 246 lb, Goal: 130 lb - So.. in just a few days i've lost 4 lbs.. the thing is i JUST started my period today..(sorry guys hah) and i feel oh so bloated. i've been drinking tons of water so i know i've retained most of it BUT i'm still down 4 lbs? I thought we were supposed to gain 4-6 pounds during this time? hmmm i wonder. anywho even though im craving sweets soo bad, im sticking to my regular diet. this is what i have planned for today. light yogurt + apple for breakfast. sandwhich + 2 egg whites for lunch snack - maybe another peice of fruit? dinner small peice of breast meat chicken, grilled and a salad with lemon on top instead of dressing. it's hard, but i'm losing and slowly getting into the cycle, i kind of like the fact that im not eating as much or what i ate before, i dont even have chest problems anymore... good luck to everyone i know you can do it <333 please tell me how you think im doing with the food!
