Ht. 5'5", Start: 251 lb, Today: 244 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Yes.. another two pounds down. It is the best feeling in the world to see that i'm going down. This is pretty much what i've been eating every day. Yogurt + fruit = Breakfast. Lean Turkey on wheat with Mustard + 2 egg whites = lunch. Snack = another peice of fruit. Dinner = small peice of breast grilled chicken and salad, or steamed carrots. I'm getting a little sick of turkey sandwhiches and i KNOW i'm not going to eat them for the rest of my life.. but it's not horrible, and i'm thinking about just switching around the meat every once in a while. i've been drinking about 4 or 5 water bottles a day and nothing else. lately it's been to cold to go running or ive been on my period so if i dont go running then i workout in my room with music. i do 25 lb weight lifts on each arm and situps. i know most people wont read this post because its enormous hah but BB is kind of my like venting/ journal system. so maybe you guys can read this.
