Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I just don't understand. I eat the calories i'm supposed to and exercising when I can. But my weight is staying I'm about to give up. I can't wait till Wednesday because we're starting a fitness class at my school for 8 weeks. I hope I can lose some weight while on this class.it's every wednesday. I don't have time to exercise so this is my plan this week. every day run for 10 min, 20 min walk which is 1/2 mile sometimes 1 mile, 4 mile walk on dvd, and other sports if I can. I'm going to give my cookies to my grandma and everything. Do you think this will help please let me know
