Ht. 5'5", Start: 214 lb, Today: 214 lb, Goal: 172 lb - okay. im just now starting to begin dieting.i dont eat alot, but i dont exercise...which is probably half of my problem. the other half is because my moms whole side of the family is overweight.i really want to lose weight because my grandma and both of my great uncles have type 2 diabetes and i rly dont want diabetes. does anyone have any tips on losing weight?
