Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Alright it's time to stop fooling myself and being lazy. I need to take this seriously. i need to exercise at least every second day and to start eating way healthier and stop thinking i'm doing everything that i can because i certainly am not. i guess ive just gotten lazy because the weight wont come off as easily as it did before. i didnt even have to exercise for those first 20 pounds... im gonna do this the right way and see what happens. ill let you guys know. good luck everyone!
