Ht. 5'2", Start: 169 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I need MAJOR help!! i used to be 160lbs and i maintained that weight for a while. Then I got a job at McDonald's (big mistake). My weight went up to 166. I wanted to do sumthin about it so i went on the "lemonade diet" to detox my body and start over. I went with it for about 8 days and i had to stop because of this allergic reaction or sumthing. I lost 10lbs and i kept it that way for a month until i went on vacation to florida. i started eating junk food and n e thing u werent supposed to eat. wen i got back home, i totally went downhill for another month and gained more than what i was before! now i am 169 and i feel horrible! i really want to do something about my weight but i dont know how i can do this when i have school, homework, and work at the same time...and i work almost everyday...HELPPPPP!!!!! =[
