Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ugh im soo mad!!!! i started to lose some weight bt now i have not been able to keep up with my exercise and i gained 5 pounds back!!! im sooo mad!!! i get the right amount of calories and everything else i need to lose weight healthy but if i go off my exercise schedule then i gain weight. i only went off of it for about 2 weeks. its just sooo hard to stick to and its too much work for me. i cant do work that intense but its the only way to lose weight and i cant lower calories any more or it would be unhealthy. i also hate how i notice it always goes to my lower stomach...so i look pregnant. it wont even go to my arms or thighs or anywhere else, just THERE!!! WHAT CAN I DO?????????????????
