Message Replying To From BayBay, Age 15 Ht. 5'6", Start: 206 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 190 lb - Here it goes B) 3 medium pancakes w/ 2 sausages , and a glass of orange jucie and syrup on pancakes ( I tried to go with out syrup for a while but they tasted gross )
S) 1 Glass os nesquick chocolat milk - 180 cals.
L) small scoop of lasonia w/ salad and dressing , sweet tea, 1.5 handfuls of bbq chips.
( I am eating to much and after lunch i felt reallu sick ) =(
s) 6 oreos -260 cals 1 cup of milk
D) tuna sandwhichs w/ diritos and tea
work out ) 2.30 + miles and around 400 cals and a lot of sweat lol. =) |
