If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Chloe, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I am only 13 and I weigh 181!!! I'm startng to keep a food diary and I'm eating much healthier and slower now, but I can't manage to lose much weight. I play soccer 5 times a week, go jogging daily, and I do yoga 100% of the time, but I feel strange. My doctor told me that most of what she thought was fat is muscle. But 181 seems a tad ridiculous. I have broad shoulders and waaaaay muscular calfs from soccer, but my stomach goes over my jean line so I don't think that's good. My arms are pretty weak as well although I play goalie....
