Message Replying To From Emily, Age 13 Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok i have aquestion...what time should u stop eating if u are unactive past 6:15? i find that i want to eat and then fall asleep. i dont do anything after around 6 usually and sometimes fall asleep at 9-10:30. |
