Ht. 5'10", Start: 250 lb, Today: 249 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Okay so today I've been doing alot of cleaning to stay active and healthy. I noticed that a bunch of my friends that think they are fat arent fat and they are skipping meals. A note to everyone, skipping meals does not help you lose weight. It amkes you even more unhealthy then you were before because your stomach grabs on to some of your fat causing it to double which means if you skipped 5 meals in a week you can gain 3 pounds. DONT DO IT! But today I am going to have a good day...maybe run 3 miles or so. I wish you all good luck and I am willing to be a weight loss buddy with anyone.
