Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So... I didn't stay away from the bad food, but I ate a lot less every day since I decided to start trying to lose weight again, and I haven't started working out again yet, but I think even a little bit of a start is getting there, slowly but surely. :) from Two mondays ago to this past wednesday (9 days) I lost 2 pounds! I was really proud of myself, because I used to have the horrible habit of weighing myself every single day, and I'm really excited that I've risen above that. :) Another accomplishment! I am still planning on weighing once a week, until I get really focused and driven on my diet and exercise, then I may bump it up to two weeks without weighing, then eventually maybe once a month, that way I can really see some results. :) I'm really excited and motivated to start eating healthier and exercising now, and I hope to lose even more this next week. Good luck everyone, and keep posting, because it's encouraging to know that other's are winning this battle too. :)
