Message Replying To From Megan, Age 18 Ht. 5'10", Start: 213 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 160 lb - For those of you wondering why when you eat more you sometimes lose some and when you eat less you pack it on.. its because eating less isnt actually how you lose weight... its your metabolisim... everyone has a certian amount of calories they should eat in order to make their metobolic rate go up making them burn those calories as energy. when you eat less your body usually then thinks you are starving it and grabs on to every calorie it can and stores it instead of burning it as energy... |
