Message Replying To From sabina, Age 17 Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - so wow this is wow...for the first time is a long time i feel really good about myself. I have found out that I am labeled as pretty and nice by a lot of people. I have never had so many friends that wanted to hang out with me since I am blunt. But I have officially started a healthier me lifestyle. I work out 4 days a week, I figured that is really good, since campus is so big walking to each class takes like 10 min, and then the eating i have down. For breakfast i eat yogurt, with a v-8 splash, then for lunch it's soup or salad...depending on what types there r, and then for dinner some protein with salad. I feel a lot healthier and my skin looks so good since i am drinking so much water.
