Message Replying To From Anna, Age 14 Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 169 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I don't understand. No matter how much I exericse or eat better. I can't lose weight.This is what I had today. Breakfast mcdonalds bagel with egg and one slice of cheese, and half a hashbrown and some sweet tea I got started late. For lunch 100 cal pak, carrots and ranch dressing 70 cals, water, sandwhich plain. For supper 1/2 cup of marocin and cheese, sandwhich plain 4 small cookies 140 cals, some mashed potatoes not that much at all, broclli, corn, water, 100 cal pak, a small piece of meat like your four fingers together size, whole wheat crackers 130 cal, some peanut butter.15 min freeze tag, another 15 min of freeze tag, 18 min of running, and 20min of strength training. How did I do I hope to do better 2 morrow. |
