Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 175 lb - lol im suuuuch a freakin retard. everytime i see a loss in my weight i end up pigging out for some reason. its not even like "oh i lost a pound i deserve to eat more" its just this thing that happens and i feel guilty the whole time but i keep going haha well today was good though, i had 2 eggs and 2 pieces of whole wheat toast for breakfast and a bowl of chicken noodle soup for lunch. so far i've only had about 540 calories which isnt a lot so i think i wont go over 1000 today, which is apparantly bad but i usually restrict my calories to between 1000 and 1200 on a normal day anyway. lol i am sooo sore today because i did Turbo Jam yesterday for the first time in like 2 weeks so i'm definately feeling it in the abs/sides/"lovehandle" areas haha good luck everybody, and wish me luck too! :)
