Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 130 lb - WELL, I HAVE NOT BEEN DOING GOOD AT ALL....I HAVE TOTALLY GOTTEN OFF TRACK AND MY GOAL WAS TO LOSE AROUND 30 POUNDS BY MY B-DAY WHICH IS TODAY AND I STARTED IN LIKE JULY AND I HAVEN'T LOST ANY WEIGHT AT ALL. I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO TELL MYSELF NO TO JUNK FOOD. I ALSO WANT TO GO RUNNING IN THE MORNING, I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT EITHER! I NEED MOTIVATION PLEASE FROM ANYONE. TIPS, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, PLEASE TELL ME!! THANK YOU AND I HOPE YOU ARE ALL DOING GOOD ALSO!
