Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 164 lb, Goal: 144 lb - So my doctor has placed me on this hunger curbing medication. Which is weird since i dont eat much to start off with. But he gave me the meds saying i need to drop down 20 lbs...which is also weird since i no i am heavy but i didnt think ineeded meds...well it works like a charm the meds actually do keep me full. I dont want to eat. which i dont think is a good thing...
