Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I did awesome yesterday! (b) Granola Bar (L) Salad and small piece of pizza (s) handful of mini marshmellows (D) Small piece of meatloaf, corn, and potatoes And then I worked out 2x. I didn't plan on doing that but like I ran for 1/2 in the afternoon then that night I got really upset and running just zones me out and clams me down so I went and ran for another 20 mins. But other then that, I'm so excited! One of my classes got cancelled today so I prob should take advantage of having the afternoon off and do something productive but I think i'm gonna take a nap!
