If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From sabina, Age 17 Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - Yea so i need to find a scale to put in my dorm...i feel like and look like i lost weight but i wont know for sure until i can get a scale...But all in all i have been working out 4 days a week, tues, thursday, friday, saturday...basically 1 hour of cardio and 20 min of weights...eating is better...i just want to drop 15 lbs by next semester... |
