Message Replying To From Whitney, Age 18 Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I feel so good, I'm down 4 lbs this week yay! I wanna be in the 170's for Thanksgiving, I'm so close! I'll make it, no quesiton, and yes I'm overly confident today but is that a bad thing? Well anyways I'm a lil nervous about today b/c I am not going to have time to work out b/c I have work right after class then I have to read like 120 pages and write a 5 page paper, basically its gonna be an all nighter...fun stuff! Oh and I though I would share this with all of u. If any of you get your motivation from music (i do!) a great song to get ur head back in it is "Stand" by Rascal Flatts.
