Message Replying To From sabina, Age 17 Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 159 lb, Goal: 142 lb - Hey well I'm posting just to remind everyone participating in the Challenge that it starts tomorrow. Anyone is welcome to join! Just remember to be reasonable since it is only 5 weeks and to post how you plan on dropping weight and what you will use as a motivator. I have created my calendar for the challenge. I broke up the five weeks into 3 parts. The first 2 weeks I will go to the gym Tuesday, Thurday, and Friday, and do weights on Sunday. Then for the next two weeks I will up that to four days a week of cardio and 2 of weights. and finally the last week will include 4 days of toning plus 1/2 hr of cardio. I am mixing it up to force my body to metabolize fat faster. For a diet I aim to eat as i usually do between 1350-1600 calories. Good luck everyone |
