Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey! I went to a spin class yesterday and I was wondering if any of you have tried this? I think its an awesome workout. It really builds endurance (because it lasts an hour) and its in a group setting so competitive streaks set in. I recommend it to you all-even though your butt area will feel so bruised the next day. I'm going back tomorrow. so excited. For those of us college girls, I believe most school gyms offer these classes free of charge.
