Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Hey Guys, this is my first time posting my own story but ive given some advice to a few of the other posts on here. I had my life style change for about 2 1/2 months now. ive lost 25 pounds and i feel pretty good. I dont notice it as much as my friends and family do. Mostly i wanted to lose weight for myself, not for boys or an image, i have a bigger body structure and curves so i know i will never be "skinny" and i relly dont want to be. I just want to be healthy and toned. Im really excited that there are other teens like me who have made a change and lost alot of weight to better themselves. Im a little low right now because im worried about Thanksgiving and how i will eat. Its not the amount that im worrying about its the actual food. I already kno i wont be pigging out but i also know that Thanksgiving food isnt the greatest for nutrition. Well one question for those people about 2 months into losing weight: Do any of you feel scared to eat at times for fear of gaining weight??
