Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 188 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Hey everyone! How are all you guys doing???? Did I do okay today?? I ate around 1,500 calories between breakfast and lunch but I burnt off 584 calories in gym class by working out for 50 min. going uphill on a treadmill. I had gym class for my last 2 hrs of the day today:) Hope you're all did great!!
