If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From brooke, Age 16 Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 170 lb - hi everyone... well i noticed i gained 2 pounds.. however it's not a bad thing b/c my clothes are fitting better. I know its muscle weight b/c i've been working out so hard lately my legs are gaining more muscle. which is fine w/ me! muscle weighs more than fat and takes up less space:) so yay lol |
