Ht. 5'5", Start: 156 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - hello guys <3 I was kind of debating about starting a low low carb diet. I mean not cut carbs out completley though. Like... eggs, tuna,chicken,any kind of meat. but then any kind of vegtable and fruit. whater or diet soda only and yeah. i usually work after school until 10 so i dont get a chance to work out. but would like 50 crunches a day even be effective? cause it seems so low. Also are there any kind of small exercises like crunches but for hips and legs and butt? thanks you guys are great!!!
