Ht. 5'1", Start: 210 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 135 lb - I learned today that we should really be careful about which foods we think are good and which we label as bad. My roommate got a tin with 3 different kinds of popcorn and I assumed that the caramel corn was worse than the cheese popcorn or the buttered popcorn so I made a point of not eating it. I equated the sweet caramel corn with candy. BUT today I read the nutritional information on the bottom and it turns out that the caramel corn actually has less fat and calories than each of the others! So it's not always best to go with your assumptions. Just thought I'd share. Read labels and compare things before you choose.
