~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 150 lb - I become a vegetarian about 5 months ago. The main reason was to do with animal rights, but another reason was also because I thought it would help me lose alot of weight. But since becoming a vegetarian I havn't lost any weight at all. I think this is most probably because I've been living off carbs and diary (mainly cheese). I know eating so much of this is bad for me but I don't know what else I can eat. Sometimes I eat meat free chicken and stuff, but my mum dosn't cook for me so I have to cook for myself and sometimes I just really can't be bothered. I know christmas isn't the right time to be dieting as i'll be snacking on chocolate etc, which is why i'm planning to lose 50lbs next year as my new years resolution. I'm just trying to get as much advice as possible until then. Thanks to anyone who helps with any tips and/or advice.
