Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 132 lb - My stepdad FIXED THE TREADMILL!!! Im soo happy Im like really excited to start excercising again since i have gained 40 pounds, my plan is to get up at about 5:30 and walk or run for about 45 mins then when I come home probably again for an hour or so the only problem is I dont have my ipod anymore and that was the thing i used most to excercise but does anyone else have anymore good ideas I CAN USE ALL THE HELP I CAN GET! lol o and do u think its possible for me to be able to lose about 10 pounds by christmas.... may be a little stretch.
