Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 184 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Alright. So I've finally come up with time frames for my goals. Before I was like "I'll lose weight when I lose weight" but I figured that I would do deadlines-granted, ones that are long and achievable-because that will provide extra motivation. I would like to be 165 by March and then 135 by August 24 (basically september). I don't know if my body will actually let me go down to 135, based on my height but I'd like to try...lol...I figure (based on my current size and fat distribution) that at 135 I'd be about a size 4-probably 2 in some stuff and that would be incredible. Size 2...lol...Yeah, but may not be attainable. Either way,I think I will try.
