If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Catharine, Age 15 Ht. 5'3", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys, I'm back. After having weighed 130 pounds just one year ago I have to buckle down and lose weight again AND stick with a healthy regimen this time!! I've been here before so I might not be a total stranger to you. I go to a boarding school where they unfortunaetly don't have very healthy food and I can't afford to buy my own food to keep in my dorm room.(we can't have refrigerators anyway.)They do have SOME healthy food but I just have to buckle down and eat only that, such as raisin bran and the occasional salad bar. I really want to lose this weight by February. 15 lbs in 3 months. You think I can do it healthfully? |
