Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 220 lb - hi I have som major problems with my weight and I am only 13. First of all my parents are always busy and never home so I eat kfc at least 5 times a week. And the worst is I have a massive gut that literally almost sags down to my knees. I was invented to a pool party and when I took my shirt off a kid said get a bra you girl and I am weak so I can't do anything. Next I went to the doctors and I had high blood pressure and clauged arteries. I am in 6th grade and am 13 around 5,7 and I weigh 235. I cannot even exercise because of my astma and clauged arteries and worst of all cannot stop eating junk food. I just can't but I on the other hand don't really care I love junk food way to much to give up and do not care that I am fat. But since I am so out of shape I will probably need a nutrtionist. Another bad thing is I have to buy pants with a 48 size waist which is so hard to find I usally have to get them tailor made. And I have a deep fryer because my brother who is also obese but in high school eats fried dough every night and I usally do too. I get made fun of because I have never played any sport and never have exercised in my life. But even in my 235 pound 13 year old body I learn to deal with Breaking chairs a popping buttons off my shirts and pants. Can somone help me before I die a young death from obesity.
