Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 187 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So I did my weighin today. I've gained three pounds. I'm on my period though (sorry for the tmi, guys) so hopefully its water retention though I don't know.I've been home for almost a week from college which is dificult because I'm eating terribley. Granted, everyone tells me how good I look-I lost all the weight at college and its going to be a long month if I keep eating the way I am. I definitely ate too many calories today. Here's how it went: B-A packet of low cal/fat cinamon oatmeal, lunch-pita with fake crab, feta, and lettuce inside with a fuji apple and low fat chocolate milk (that was supposed to be my one treat of the day...didn't go that way), D-fish sandwhich, water, corn on the cob. Then the bad started. Mom brought me a nonfat latte, then I had this yogurt stuff, then i had a mini doughnut munchkin, this smores pastry thing, a 100 cal granola bar, and a 60 cal cheese stick. I would've done so well if it wasn't for that mini binge...grr...I guess it could have been way worse though. I'll do better tomorrow. Plus, I need to start working out again. I took a little break during finals. I'm getting my tonsils out Monday though and hopefully I'll lose weight through that.
