Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 230 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey everyone i know i've been compaling alot lately about messing up but todday i did really good i ate 2 small meals and a main one and i went to the gym in my meals i had whole what bread tuna and peanutbutter and for my main meal i had chicken with poatto i know dinner wasn't that good but atleast i didn't have rice well c ya and good luck everyone
