Ht. 5'2", Start: 154 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hey! Does anyone know any good meal replacers (protein shakes, ect) that really work? Do you think I could reach my goal weight by the summer by eating or drinking meal replacers for 2 meals and then doing track in the spring (we usually run 2-3 miles every day) and then on top of that, soccer, with fitness?
