~REPLY WRITING AREA~ |
Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Thanks a lot. |
Message Replying To From Aica, Age 19 Ht. 5'2", Start: 185 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 120 lb - First of all, I just want to tell you guys that your stories really do change someone's perspective especially with weight issues. Im a technical support working in a call center struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember and my schedule with work is so hard to start a GOAL!! I've been visiting this site for 3years now and I tried motivating myself with every possible way I could but it seems that when I finally started, all my plans go to waste. Before I started dieting, as in almost NOT EATING ANYTHING, I just ate crackers and drank juices just to supress my hunger...It worked at first and a lot of my friends noticed the difference that I was losing weight but my schedule at work hindered me with the proper diet. So I gained most of the weight back. My shift starts at 12midnight and end at 9 in the morning so talk about a crazy schedule. And my breaks are really not the time for a proper meal so I suspect that it contributes to the weight. My friends and colleagues tease me that I am pretty but my body is a TURN-OFF. And altough I'm a very sociable and likable, I end up crying alone thinking about what they said. I have a boyfriend for more than three years and I feel that he's slowly drifting away coz of the physical issue. Im very much succesful with my present job and my depression is slowly killing my self-esteem. Guys, you have a lot of successful stories, maybe you have one for me??? |
