Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 138 lb - .................... yay!! i lost 4.5 pounds this week (not really a loss cause i put it on the week b4 :P) finally back 2 160. hopefully i can lose the same amount again this week. the good thing is im still eating the foods i like, like ice cream and chocolate :] just not as much. but it just goes to show u can still eat those foods and lose weight. ive been exerciseing for over an hour everyday. all i do is walk on my treadmill. it gets really boring doing it for an hour straight so i usually watch tv at the same time and it distracts me, and sometimes i brak it up into blocks like i do 20mins in the morning, 20 at midday and 20 at night. good luck 2 every1 ♥ ♥ ♥
