Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i have lunch in school at 9:20 in the morning, that is my scheduled lunch period, so that means that i go a good 5 to 7 hours [depending on if i stay after school] without eating. but in the meantime, i am going up and down stairs, and running around, and buring off what i ate, and every other day i stay after and workout with my health and wellness club, and on thusdays i have dance, i've lost 12 pounds since september, but i dont think i did it "healthy" and i am worried i am going to gain it all back any suggestions?!?!
