Ht. 5'4", Start: 152 lb, Today: 152 lb, Goal: 135 lb - The holidays has helped me pack on 8lbs. not fun. well my new years resolution is to be down to 130-135 by summer. Ive never lost any weight before. just gained... what are daily routiens in this journey to loss weight? How long should i excercise per day? How many calories shoiuld i eat a day? What should i all together avoid eating??? thank you so much for what ever tips i recieve! Happy new years eve i hope all of you succeed!
