Ht. 5'2", Start: 190 lb, Today: 234 lb, Goal: 170 lb - I am overwieght! It finally hit me a few weeks ago that I have to lose wieght! I have always tried to blame others for the reason that I am overwieght however the only person I can blame is myself and yes is it is my fault. No one is gonna lose the wieght for me only myself. It's about making lifetime changes. I have decided to not eat any fried foods and if I just have to eat fast food I will get grilled and not fries side salad or fruit cups! Instead of drinking coca cola I will drink water! I am determained and motivated. I will begin going to my college gym to workout. It's time for me to change and be confortable healthy and happy with myself!! I choose my weight goal of 170 because that is the wieght amount that I was confortable with and healthy at!
