Ht. 5'7", Start: 282 lb, Today: 285 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Omg i lost eleven pounds and that was not excirsing just drinking diet pop... But now i been going to the gym 3-4 times a week i am really trippin sumtimes its kinda hard when im at work cuz i work at a grocery store and food is the tempation like the other day for a snack i HAD 4 bannans i was like ok thats better then the snickers bar i was gonna eat but still i had four serving size of banannas...... Imma go to the gym friday and do what they do on the biggest loser i learn alot watching that show lil stuff that cann help like not holding on to the tredmill r running for 2 mintues walking for 5 imma weigh myself tommorw hopefully im at 280 Bu the 27th i wanna be 270 for my birthday and by the 15th of febuary i wanna be 260 and so on...... love ya keep up the good work and remeber were all still beautiful
