Ht. 5'8", Start: 147 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Hey again! Well today was the first day of a new me. I feel so excited about losing this weight healthily as in the past i have always resorted to unhealthy measures to lose weight quickly but this time im going to do it slowly to make sure i dont gain it all back as soon as i get to my target weight. Anyways heres how ive done today: Bfast- Porridge m/w 2% milk = 160 cals Lunch- Huge bowl of homemade lentil soup = 300 cals? 9 cherry tomatoes = 20 cals Snack- Banana = 150 cals Dinner- whatever my mum makes usually about 800 cals or less. Exercise- burned 290 cals doing 20 mins on eliptical before bfast going to do same again after dinner. How do you think ive done for my first day? Any suggestions o things i should change?
