Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Special K cereal with fat free milk for breakfast (6:40am), peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat, an organic apple, and a chewey bar [100 cal] for lunch(9:30am), peanut butter on whole wheat after staying late for school [4:30)...snacks were a 90 calorie rice cake pack. dinner was 1 backed chicken leg, corn, and rice. Exercise was 35 mins of step aerobics in gym class, 25 min walk after school, and then going up and down stairs all day and total today i had 3 or 4 water bottles...it's bad on the timing bc my scheduled lunch period in school is at 9:30 AM, and then when i stay after like i did today, i dont eat until 4:30 so i go 7 hours without eating, but in the meantime i am walking up and down stairs, and going to gym class and everything. so how do you think i did?
