BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 128 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hey everyone, i used to post on this board 2 years ago and had to stop because i lost weight and it wouldn't let me anymore..it's the classic weightloss story..i was at about 170 when i started and had gotten down to i think my lowest was 126, but i have begun to gain it back. (The reason i'm probably not bigger is because i play 4 sports and on school days and some weekends i get alot of exercise without trying.) I know that some of my weight i gained is muscle because i've been going to the weightroom in athletics and have been incresing weights, but i really want to have a flat stomach again to where i feel semi-comfortable in a bikini like i did 2 years ago. I think that a big part of my success 2 yrs ago was this site and don't think it's fair how it wouldn't let me post when i started to gain some of the weight back. Anyways, anyone want to be my weightloss buddy? If you want to know more, my e-mail is: a.lapotaire@yahoo.com
