Ht. 5'5", Start: 151 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i was doing good for the last few days. i dont have a scale so i dont know how much weight i lost, but in the past week i lost about half an inch around my stomach. today after school i blew it though. bfast- 2 pieces of toast and milk, lunch- salad w/ honey mustard dressing, after school- half a donut and half a poptart, dinner- small amount of roast beef and some steak fries, after dinner- small piece of cake. :( i did have a 1 hour tennis lesson today. what do you think? also, what do you guys think of my plan/goal? i want to have lost 15 lbs by the beginning of june. thats 3 lbs a month. Do you think i can do it? Any tips? i have musical practices (with lots of dancing) twice a week and a tennis lesson once a week. on the other days i'll try to get in a 20 minute jog. i want to look good in a bikini this summer and hopefully 15 lbs off will do it! lemme have your feedback!
