Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 150 lb - it feels good to be in the 100's again! so basically i lost 24 pounds in 6 days. people have been telling me that it's not healthy, but look at the people on the biggest loser. they lose about this much or even more in a week. i eat three meals, but i exercise A LOT. i run for 20 minutes on my treadmill. the secret to that is wearing a lot of layers. i wear two pairs of sweatpants, a tshirt, three sweat shirts, and a snow hat. after that i take a 10 minute rest and the do 40 sit ups, 20 push ups and lift some weights. then later on in the day i repeat all of that. i just love exercising!
