Ht. 5'5", Start: 205 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey, I found a healthy way to loose some weight. Its using coconut oil in your foods. It comes in like a container and it looks like hair greese *ew* lol, but it actually works. Using coconut oil just takes some of the calories off your food. But you cant just rely on that.
